By accessing or using Lynk ("we," "our," or "us"), including our mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Lynk, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. The Lynk Service

Lynk allows users to create playlists (collections) of links, media, and other content, and to share or collaborate on those playlists with others.

The Service is currently offered as a private beta, and features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Lynk ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Lynk a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to upload, share, or collaborate on such content.

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is unlawful, harmful, or abusive
• Violates these Terms or applicable law

6. Sharing and Public Content

You control how your content is shared through the Service.

• Public playlists are accessible to anyone with the link, including users who are not logged in.
• Shared playlists are accessible only to users you invite and authorize.
• Private playlists are visible only to you.

You understand that anyone with access to a public link may view the associated content, and you are responsible for managing your privacy settings accordingly.

7. Collaboration and Access Controls

When you invite others to collaborate, you may grant them view or edit access. Collaborators may add, modify, or remove content based on the permissions you assign.

Lynk is not responsible for actions taken by collaborators you authorize.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data
• Interfering with the operation or security of the Service
• Scraping, harvesting, or reverse engineering the Service
• Using the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (including embedded media). Lynk does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for its availability, accuracy, or legality.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Beta Disclaimer

The Service is provided on a beta basis. You acknowledge that:

• The Service may contain bugs or errors
• Features may be incomplete or change without notice
• Availability is not guaranteed

Your use of the beta Service is at your own risk.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, subject to applicable data retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
